IIIF150 B2 Ultra
The IIIF150 B2 Ultra is an upgraded version of the IIIF150 B2. It is indeed equipped with the MediaTek Helio G99 processor. The device features a 6.78-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080 x 2460 pixels and supports a 120Hz refresh rate.
This model is the first rugged smartphone to incorporate Samsung’s S5KHP3SP camera sensor, which has a 200-megapixel resolution, an f/1.65 aperture, and a 1/1.4-inch sensor size. It also includes a 64-megapixel OV64B ultrawide sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2-megapixel macro camera for close-up shots.
The IIIF150 B2 Ultra is powered by a 15,000mAh battery and supports 65W fast charging. It features a secondary display on the rear, similar in size to a smartwatch screen.The device has a physical fingerprint sensor located on the side. It comes with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The phone runs on Android 13 out of the box.
