The START24 is the first Android smartphone produced by Start Mobis in collaboration wiht Unihertz. It targets users interested in modern technology and features a 6.81-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080 x 2460 pixels.The device is equipped with a MediaTek Helio G99 processor, paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Storage can be expanded via a microSD card slot.
The rear panel of the START24 includes a multi-colored LED lighting system arranged at different angles. These LEDs are programmed to respond to notifications and integrate with media playback applications such as music and video players. This lighting design is comparable to the one found on the Unihertz Luna, which was released approximately seven months prior.In terms of imaging, the START24 features a triple-camera setup on the back. The primary sensor is a 108-megapixel Samsung HM2, supported by a 20-megapixel Sony IMX360 sensor optimized for low-light conditions. Additionally, ther is a 2-megapixel macro lens for close-up photography. The front camera is a single 16-megapixel sensor for selfies and video calls.
The device is powered by a 5000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. It operates on Android 12,providing a standard Android experience.Additional hardware includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and compass. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, and a USB Type-C port.
