The Tecno Spark 40 Pro is the more powerful sibling in the latest Spark 40 series, announced alongside the base Spark 40 and the higher-end Spark 40 Pro+. While they all share the same family name, the Spark 40 Pro packs in several premium upgrades that make it a noticeable step up, especially in display, performance, and overall experience.
It comes with a large 6.78-inch AMOLED display that supports a smooth 144Hz refresh rate and 1 billion colors for richer visuals. The phone runs on the faster MediaTek Helio G100 chipset and is paired with 8GB RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of internal storage. A microSD card slot is available for those who need even more space.
The main camera at the back is a 50-megapixel shooter, supported by a secondary AI depth sensor. On the front, there’s a 13-megapixel camera that handles selfies and video calls. While the camera setup is fairly simple, it gets the job done for everyday photos and social sharing.
Just like the base model, the Spark 40 Pro is powered by a 5200mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging, ensuring less downtime and quicker top-ups. Tecno also brings in stereo speakers with Hi-Res audio certification, enhancing the media experience whether you’re watching videos or listening to music.
The phone runs Android 15 out of the box with HiOS 15.1 and includes an in-display fingerprint sensor, IP64 protection, and dual SIM support.
