Unihertz 8849 Tank 3 Pro
The Unihertz 8849 Tank 3 Pro, released in 2023, is an updated model of the tank 3. A key addition is a 100-lumen projector, reintroduced from the Tank 2 but absent in the Tank 3.To manage heat generated by the projector, the device includes a built-in cooling fan.
The smartphone is available with either 16GB or 18GB of RAM,paired with 512GB of internal storage. Both RAM options can be expanded to 32GB and 36GB respectively.The display measures 6.79 inches diagonally and supports a 120Hz refresh rate. Processing power comes from the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 5G chipset.
Power is supplied by a 23,800mAh battery, which supports fast charging at up to 120W. this capacity is considerably larger than typical smartphone batteries, aimed at extended usage periods.
The camera system consists of a 200-megapixel primary sensor, a 64-megapixel night camera, and a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens. The front-facing camera has a 50-megapixel sensor.Additional hardware includes a 40-meter laser rangefinder for distance measurement and a 1200-lumen LED camp lamp.The device operates on Google Android 13. the Tank 3 Pro builds on the Tank 3 by adding a projector and expanding memory options, while retaining the core specifications such as display size, processor, and battery capacity.
