The Motorola Moto G Play (2023) succeeds the 2021 Moto G Play model. It features a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and a waterdrop notch at the top center of the screen.
The device is powered by the MediaTek Helio G37 chipset, which includes an octa-core CPU clocked at up to 2.3 GHz. Graphics processing is handled by the PowerVR GE8320 GPU. The phone is equipped with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via a microSD card.The rear camera setup consists of three sensors: a 16-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. An LEAD flash is positioned alongside the rear cameras. On the front, there is a single 5-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.
