It features a 6.73-inch LPTO2 AMOLED display with a dot-notch design. The screen supports Dolby Vision, has a 120Hz refresh rate, and can reach a peak brightness of 1500 nits.The device is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ processor, which includes one Cortex-X2 core clocked at 3.2 GHz, three Cortex-A710 cores at 2.85 GHz, and four Cortex-A510 cores at 1.8 GHz. Graphics are handled by the Mali-G710 MC10 GPU. memory options include 8GB or 12GB of RAM, paired with 128GB or 256GB of internal storage.

In terms of camera hardware,the Xiaomi 12 Pro (dimensity Edition) uses the same 50-megapixel Sony IMX707 primary sensor found in the Snapdragon version.Though, the secondary cameras differ: it has a 13-megapixel ultrawide lens and a 5-megapixel telephoto macro sensor.
