HMD Pulse Pro
The HMD Pulse pro is an updated variant of the HMD Pulse, primarily improving camera specifications while retaining a similar design and display. Both models feature a 6.65-inch IPS LCD panel with a resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels, a 90Hz refresh rate, and peak brightness of 600 nits.
Under the hood, the Pulse Pro is powered by the Unisoc T606 chipset. It comes with RAM options of 4GB or 8GB and 128GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via a microSD card. This configuration supports everyday tasks and moderate multitasking.
The camera system on the Pulse Pro is significantly enhanced compared to the standard Pulse. The main rear sensor is a 50MP unit, replacing the 13MP sensor found on the base model.The depth sensor is upgraded to 2MP, and the front-facing camera is now 50MP, up from 8MP on the original device.These changes aim to improve image detail and clarity.Battery capacity remains at 5000mAh, consistent with the original Pulse.However, the Pulse Pro supports 20W fast charging, doubling the charging speed compared to the 10W charger included with the standard model.Both devices run on Android 14 and include Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.The build consists of a plastic frame, glass front, and plastic back, with dust and splash resistance. The Pulse Pro is available in Black Ocean,Glacier Green,and Twilight Purple finishes.
