The BLU S91 is an entry-level smartphone introduced by BLU mobile as the first model in a new series. It features a 6.52-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels, providing standard HD+ visuals.The device is powered by a MediaTek Helio G25 processor, an octa-core CPU clocked at up to 2.0 GHz, paired with a PowerVR GE8320 GPU for graphics processing. It includes 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD card.
The camera setup on the BLU S91 consists of a triple rear array. The primary sensor is 13 megapixels with an f/2.2 aperture. This is complemented by a 2-megapixel macro lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. An LED flash is positioned alongside the rear cameras. On the front, the device has a single 13-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.
For biometric security, the BLU S91 offers a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and supports facial recognition through FaceID. The phone runs on Android 11 out of the box. Powering the device is a 5000 mAh battery, which supports standard charging but does not include fast charging capabilities. Additional features include a 3.5mm headphone jack,dual SIM support,and standard connectivity options such as Wi-Fi,Bluetooth 5.0, and GPS.
Sensors integrated into the device include an accelerometer, proximity sensor, and ambient light sensor. The BLU S91 targets users seeking basic smartphone functionality with moderate performance and camera capabilities.
