Teh Infinix Note 12, announced on April 25, 2022, is the newest addition to the Note series. It shares many specifications with the previous Note 11 model but runs on XOS 10.6,an update from the Note 11’s XOS 10. The device features a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a dewdrop notch for the front camera.
Under the hood, the Note 12 is powered by the MediaTek Helio G88 octa-core processor, clocked at 2.0 GHz, paired with a Mali-G52 MC2 GPU. It comes in two memory configurations: 4GB of RAM with 64GB of internal storage, or 6GB of RAM with 128GB of storage. Both variants support expandable storage via a microSD card slot.
The rear camera setup consists of three sensors. The primary camera is a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 sensor with phase detection autofocus (PDAF) and an f/1.6 aperture. It is complemented by a 2-megapixel depth sensor and an AI lens. The device includes a quad-LED flash on the back. The front-facing camera is a 16-megapixel sensor designed for selfies and video calls.
For biometric security, the Note 12 has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and supports AI-based Face ID. The phone is equipped with a 5000mAh battery and supports 33W fast charging.It runs on Android 11 with the XOS 10.6 user interface pre-installed. Additional features include standard sensors such as an accelerometer, proximity sensor, and compass.
