Teh OPPO A57 5G succeeds the A56 5G model from the previous year. It features a MediaTek Dimensity 810 octa-core processor, operating at a maximum clock speed of 2.4 GHz, paired with a Mali-G57 GPU. The device is equipped with either 6 GB or 8 GB of RAM and provides 128 GB of internal storage. Storage expansion via microSD card is not supported.
The display measures 6.56 inches diagonally and uses an IPS LCD panel with a resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels. The screen includes a waterdrop notch that houses the front-facing camera. The device’s dimensions and weight are designed for standard one-handed use.
On the rear, the phone has a dual-camera setup. The primary sensor is 13 megapixels with an f/2.2 aperture, accompanied by a 2-megapixel depth sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. The rear cameras are supported by a single LED flash. The front camera is an 8-megapixel sensor located within the notch.
The OPPO A57 5G runs ColorOS 12.1, which is based on Android 12. security features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The device supports dual Nano-SIM cards with 4G and 5G connectivity on both slots. It is powered by a 5000 mAh battery and charges via a 10W charger included in the box. Standard sensors such as accelerometer, proximity, and compass are present.
