The Samsung Galaxy A03 succeeds the Galaxy A02 adn provides improved camera capabilities and a faster processor compared to the Galaxy A03 Core. It features a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. The screen includes a dewdrop notch housing a front-facing camera.

The device is powered by the UNISOC Tiger T606 octa-core processor, which runs at a maximum clock speed of 1.61 GHz. graphics are handled by the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.
