The Blackview Oscal S60 Pro is an upgraded version of the standard Oscal S60. It features a MediaTek Helio A25 (MT6762D) octa-core processor clocked at 1.8 GHz, paired with a PowerVR GE8320 GPU. The device includes 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD. The phone retains the same rugged design as the original model, meeting IP68/IP69K and MIL-STD-810G standards for water, dust, and shock resistance.
The display is a 5.7-inch IPS LCD with a resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels and an 18:9 aspect ratio. The screen supports basic touch functionality without advanced features like high refresh rate or HDR. The device runs Android 11 with Blackview’s Doke OS 2.0 customization layered on top.
On the rear, the Oscal S60 Pro has a quad-camera setup. The primary sensor is 13 megapixels, accompanied by three additional lenses whose specific functions are not detailed. The rear camera system includes dual LED flash. The front-facing camera is an 8-megapixel sensor designed for selfies and video calls.
The phone does not include a fingerprint scanner but supports facial recognition (Face ID) for biometric security. The battery capacity is 5580mAh, an increase from the 4980mAh in the non-Pro model. Charging is limited to 5W wired charging, which is relatively slow compared to current standards.
Additional features include standard connectivity options such as 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. Sensors on the device include an accelerometer, proximity sensor, and compass. The overall specification set positions the Oscal S60 Pro as a rugged smartphone with modest performance and basic multimedia capabilities.
