The original Nokia 5310 XpressMusic, released in 2007/2008, was recognized for its dedicated music controls and straightforward access to audio features. Over time, the device became less prominent as newer models emerged. In March 2020, HMD Global reintroduced the model as the Nokia 5310 (2020), reviving the brand with updated hardware while maintaining its music-centric design.
The Nokia 5310 (2020) retains a focus on audio playback, equipped with dual front-facing speakers that are not stereo but intended to enhance sound output. The device features a 2.4-inch QVGA TFT display with a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels. It includes a 0.3-megapixel rear camera paired with a single LED flash. The phone supports either single SIM or dual SIM configurations, depending on the variant. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 3.0 and USB 1.1. Power is supplied by a removable 1200mAh battery, which supports extended usage given the device’s low power requirements.
Additional specifications include a MediaTek MT6260A processor, 8 MB of RAM, and 16 MB of internal storage, expandable via microSD card up to 32 GB.
