The Oppo A9 (2020) is a mid-range smartphone released by Oppo in September 2019 as part of its A-series lineup. It features a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and a waterdrop notch at the top center of the screen. The display supports standard HD+ quality suitable for everyday use.
The device is powered by the qualcomm Snapdragon 665 chipset, which includes an octa-core CPU clocked at up to 2.0 GHz and an Adreno 610 GPU for graphics processing. It is available with either 4 GB or 8 GB of RAM paired with 128 GB of internal storage. Storage expansion is supported via a microSD card slot,allowing up to 256 GB of additional space.
For photography, the Oppo A9 (2020) is equipped with a quad-camera system on the rear.This setup consists of a 48-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and two 2-megapixel sensors dedicated to macro and depth sensing. The front-facing camera has a 16-megapixel sensor and supports AI-based features such as portrait mode and face beautification.
The phone includes a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometric security. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.0, dual Nano-SIM slots with 4G LTE support on both, Wi-Fi, and GPS.
