Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus (G965F)
The Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus (model G965F) features a 6.2-inch Quad HD+ Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2960 x 1440 pixels. The screen supports HDR10 and has an 18.5:9 aspect ratio.It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on both the front and back panels. The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor in the US and China,while the international version uses Samsung’s Exynos 9810 chipset. It includes 6GB of RAM and offers storage options of 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB, expandable via a microSD card slot supporting up to 400GB.
The phone runs on Android 8.0 oreo out of the box, with Samsung’s Experience UI, and is upgradable to later Android versions. It is equipped with a 3500mAh non-removable battery that supports fast charging via USB Type-C and wireless charging. The rear camera setup consists of dual 12MP sensors: a wide-angle lens with an f/1.5-2.4 variable aperture and a telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture, both featuring optical image stabilization. The front camera is an 8MP sensor with an f/1.7 aperture.
Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, and GPS. The device has an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. Sensors integrated into the phone include an accelerometer, gyro, proximity sensor, compass, barometer, and a fingerprint scanner located on the rear. The Galaxy S9 Plus also supports stereo speakers tuned by AKG and includes a 3.5mm headphone jack.
