The GTel X7 pro is a variant of the GTel X7 Plus, released in Zimbabwe with several modifications. It retains the same CPU as the Plus model, along with a 3000mAh battery capacity. Though, the display size has been reduced from 6.2 inches to 5.8 inches, maintaining the notch cut-out design.
In terms of memory, the GTel X7 Pro is equipped with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which is lower than the Plus version. The device supports expandable storage via a microSD card slot. The camera setup remains consistent with the GTel X7 Plus, featuring a dual rear camera system composed of a 16MP primary sensor and a 5MP secondary sensor. The front-facing camera is a 16MP AI-enhanced sensor.
The phone includes a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometric security and supports dual 4G SIM cards, allowing simultaneous use of two networks. It operates on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. The 3000mAh battery does not support wireless charging but provides standard power capacity for daily use.
Additional hardware features include standard sensors such as an accelerometer, proximity sensor, and ambient light sensor.Connectivity options cover Wi-fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The device’s build and design focus on maintaining core functionalities while reducing some specifications compared to the GTel X7 Plus.
the GTel X7 Pro offers a compact display and moderate hardware specifications suitable for basic smartphone tasks.
