The HomTom C1 is a compact smartphone positioned below the HomTom C2 model. It lacks 4G LTE connectivity, supporting only 3G networks.The device operates on Android 8.1 Oreo (Go Edition), optimized for entry-level hardware. It includes 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD.
