The InnJoo Smartron is the first device from InnJoo to feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. Previously, the brand primarily used MediaTek and Spreadtrum chipsets, which are generally positioned in the mid-range to low-end segments. The Smartron marks a shift wiht the inclusion of the Snapdragon 810, an octa-core 64-bit processor clocked at 2.0 GHz. It is paired with an Adreno 430 GPU, 4 GB of RAM, and 64 GB of internal storage. Storage can be expanded via a microSD card slot supporting up to 256 GB, even though using this slot disables the second Nano-SIM.
The phone has a 5.5-inch Full HD display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. The front panel is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The chassis is constructed entirely from metal, contributing to a thickness of 7 mm and a weight of approximately 149 grams.
Camera specifications include a 13-megapixel rear sensor with a 5P lens, f/2.0 aperture, Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF), and dual LED flash. The front camera is a 4-megapixel sensor optimized for selfies and video calls, featuring larger pixel size for improved low-light performance.
Connectivity options include dual Nano-SIM slots with 4G VoLTE support on both SIMs, Bluetooth 4.2, and NFC. The device is powered by a 3000 mAh battery and runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.
