The device is powered by a Unisoc SC9863A octa-core processor,paired with 2GB of RAM,which supports basic multitasking and app performance. Internal storage is set at 32GB, expandable via a microSD card slot, allowing users to increase available space for apps and media.
The phone runs on Android 11 (Go edition), optimized for devices with limited hardware resources. This OS version includes essential google apps and services tailored for low-memory environments. The iTel IT5023 is equipped with a 5000mAh battery, which supports extended usage periods and can be charged through a micro USB port. The device does not support fast charging.
