The itel A90 4G was launched in April 2025. It features a 6.6-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels and a 90Hz refresh rate. The device operates on Android 14 (Go Edition) with itel’s custom OS 14 interface.
It is powered by the UniSoC Tiger T7100 processor. The phone includes up to 4GB of physical RAM and supports extended RAM up to 8GB through dynamic memory allocation. Internal storage options reach up to 256GB, which can be expanded via a microSD card slot supporting up to 256GB.
The rear camera system consists of a 13MP primary sensor paired with a QVGA AI lens. The front-facing camera is an 8MP sensor with HDR support and face unlock capability. The itel A90 is equipped with a 5000mAh battery and supports 15W charging through a USB-C port. Connectivity features include Bluetooth 5.0 and FM radio. The device retains a 3.5mm headphone jack and incorporates a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometric security.
The design of the itel A90 closely resembles previous models from the brand,with the main hardware update being the processor. Other specifications remain mostly consistent with earlier iterations. The phone is available in four color options: Starlit Black, Aurora Blue, Cosmic Green, and Space Titanium.
