The Doogee S40 is a rugged smartphone designed for outdoor use, comparable to the Doogee S90. It has an IP68 rating for dust adn water resistance,along with IP69K and MIL-STD-810G certifications,ensuring durability under harsh conditions. The device features a 5.5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels, resulting in a pixel density of 293 PPI. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4 and supports capacitive multi-touch input.
