The ElePhone U2 succeeds the ElePhone U1, maintaining several core design and hardware elements. It features a total of five cameras: two front-facing sensors and three rear cameras. the device is powered by the MediaTek helio P70 processor, an octa-core CPU clocked at 2.1 GHz. A side-mounted fingerprint sensor is included for biometric security.
The display measures 6.26 inches with a resolution of 1080 x 2280 pixels, resulting in an 86% screen-to-body ratio. This is achieved through the use of a motorized pop-up front camera mechanism. The graphics processing unit is the ARM Mali-G72 MP3. The phone is available with either 4GB or 6GB of RAM and offers internal storage options of 64GB or 128GB.
On the rear, the ElePhone U2 has a triple camera setup consisting of a 16-megapixel primary sensor with phase detection autofocus (PDAF) and an f/1.6 aperture, a 5-megapixel wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
