The General Mobile GM 21 succeeds the GM 20 with a slightly larger display and an updated Android version. It features a 6.52-inch IPS LCD screen with a 720 x 1600 HD+ resolution and a dewdrop notch housing the front camera.The device is powered by the UniSoC SC9863A chipset, an octa-core processor clocked at 1.6 GHz, paired with a PowerVR GE8322 GPU. It includes 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, wich can be expanded via a microSD card.
For photography, the GM 21 has a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 13-megapixel primary sensor and two VGA sensors, supported by a single LED flash.The front camera is an 8-megapixel sensor designed for selfies and video calls.
Connectivity options include dual 4G LTE SIM support,Bluetooth 4.2,and a USB type-C port for charging and data transfer. The phone runs on Android 11 out of the box. A 5000mAh battery powers the device,and a fingerprint scanner is located on the back for biometric security.
The GM 21 is available in three color variants: Dark Gray, Deep Blue, and Light Blue. Additional sensors and features include a proximity sensor and accelerometer, typical for devices in this category. The phone targets entry-level users requiring basic smartphone functionality with moderate performance.
