GTel Infinity 9
The GTel Infinity 9 is a smartphone released by the Zimbabwean brand GTel in July 2021. It succeeds the Infinity 8 series and is the company’s first model to feature a 6.5-inch display. The screen has a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and includes a waterdrop notch that houses the front camera.
This device is powered by the MediaTek Helio A20 chipset, which includes a quad-core CPU running at 1.8 ghz and a PowerVR GE8320 GPU.It comes with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Storage can be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card.
The rear camera setup consists of three sensors: a 13-megapixel main camera and two 2-megapixel auxiliary sensors. An LED flash is positioned alongside the cameras. On the front, there is an 8-megapixel selfie camera located within the notch.
The GTel Infinity 9 includes a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometric security. It supports dual SIM cards with 4G connectivity on both slots. The device is equipped with a 5000mAh battery. It runs on Android 11 out of the box.Additional features include standard sensors such as an accelerometer and proximity sensor. The phone supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS connectivity. the overall design is typical of budget smartphones released in 2021, focusing on essential specifications without advanced features.
