The IIIF150 Air1 Ultra is the advanced model in the Air1 series. It features a 6.78-inch display with a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2460 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen uses IPS LCD technology, providing standard color accuracy and viewing angles.

This device is equipped with the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, an octa-core processor with two Cortex-A76 cores clocked at up to 2.2 GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0 GHz. The GPU integrated is the Mali-G57 MC2. The phone includes 8GB of RAM and offers internal storage options of 128GB or 256GB, both expandable via microSD card.The rear camera setup consists of three sensors: a 64-megapixel primary lens with an f/1.8 aperture, a 20-megapixel dedicated night sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro camera.
