The Infinix Hot 8 is a midrange smartphone from Infinix Mobility, available in two regional variants. The Asian model is equipped with an Octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 (MT6762) processor clocked at 2.0 GHz, paired with 4GB of RAM adn 64GB of internal storage. The African version features a Quad-core MediaTek Helio A22 (MT6761) processor running at 2.0 GHz, combined with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Both variants include a PowerVR GE8320 GPU and support microSD card expansion for additional storage.
The device has a 6.52-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels, resulting in an HD+ output and a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The screen incorporates a waterdrop notch that houses the front-facing camera.
