The Infinix Smart 3 Plus is an upgraded version of the infinix Smart 3 and succeeds the Infinix Smart 2 Pro. Its design closely resembles the Infinix hot S4 pro,featuring a waterdrop notch display,a triple rear camera array,and running Android 9.0 Pie at launch.
The device has a 6.22-inch HD+ IPS LCD screen with a resolution of 720 x 1520 pixels and a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The display includes a small notch at the top center. The phone’s dimensions are 156 x 75 x 7.9 mm, and it weighs 154 grams. The screen-to-body ratio is approximately 82%, with a glass front and back.
The rear camera system consists of three sensors: a 13-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens capable of capturing images with a 120-degree field of view. The setup includes quad-LED flash, HDR support, and phase detection autofocus. On the front,there is a 32-megapixel selfie camera located within the display notch. The front camera uses screen brightness as a selfie light for low-light conditions.
Internally, the Smart 3 Plus is powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 (MT6762) octa-core processor clocked at 2.0 ghz, paired with a PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, expandable via a dedicated microSD card slot supporting up to 256GB.
The phone runs on Android 9.0 Pie with Infinix’s XOS 5.0 Cheetah skin. It supports dual Nano-SIM cards with 4G LTE and VoLTE capabilities. Additional features include a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and a 4000mAh non-removable battery.
