The Infinix Zero 8, released on August 27, 2020, is the latest model in the Infinix smartphone lineup, succeeding the Zero 6 series. The device features a 6.85-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080 x 2460 pixels. The screen includes a pill-shaped notch that houses dual front cameras. It supports a 90Hz refresh rate and a 180Hz touch sampling rate.
The phone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G90T (MT6785) chipset, which includes an octa-core CPU configuration: 2x Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.05 GHz and 6x Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0 GHz. Graphics processing is handled by the Mali-G76 MC4 GPU. The device is equipped with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It also incorporates Liquid cooling Technology to manage heat during intensive tasks.
The camera system consists of six cameras in total.On the front, there are two sensors: a 48MP primary camera and an 8MP secondary camera. The rear setup includes a 64MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP depth sensor, and a dedicated low-light sensor. The rear cameras are supported by a quad-LED flash.
Additional features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and dual nano-SIM support with 4G LTE connectivity. The device is powered by a 4500mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging through a USB Type-C port. It runs on Android 10 with Infinix’s XOS 7.0 Dolphin user interface pre-installed.
