The iTel A27 is an entry-level Android smartphone released for the indian market on February 14, 2022. It features a 5.45-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 480 x 960 pixels, resulting in a basic visual output suitable for essential tasks. The device is powered by a Spreadtrum SC9832E chipset, which includes a quad-core Cortex-A53 CPU clocked at 1.4 GHz and an ARM mali-T820 MP1 GPU.
The phone is equipped with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Storage capacity can be expanded by up to 64GB via a microSD card slot.For photography, the iTel A27 has a single 5-megapixel rear camera accompanied by an LED flash. The front-facing camera is a 2-megapixel sensor designed for basic selfies and video calls. A fingerprint sensor is located on the back panel, providing biometric security and additional functionality such as camera shutter control, call answering, and alarm dismissal.
Powering the device is a 4000mAh non-removable battery. According to the manufacturer, the battery supports up to nine hours of continuous web browsing and more than 50 hours of music playback under typical usage conditions. The phone supports dual SIM cards with 4G LTE connectivity on both slots.It runs on Android 11 (Go Edition), which is optimized for devices with limited hardware resources.
Additional features include standard sensors such as an accelerometer and proximity sensor.The device’s connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a micro USB port for charging and data transfer. The iTel A27 is positioned as a budget smartphone with fundamental specifications for basic mobile use.
