The iTel A45 is an entry-level smartphone introduced by iTel Mobile in August 2018 for the Indian market. It features a 5.45-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels. The device is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core Cortex-A53 processor paired with an IMG 8XE GPU. it includes 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 128 GB via a microSD card.
The phone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo (Go edition), a lightweight version of Android designed for devices with limited hardware resources. The iTel A45 is equipped with a 2700 mAh lithium-ion battery. It supports dual SIM functionality with two Nano-SIM slots, both compatible with GSM networks. Connectivity options include 2G, 3G, and 4G LTE, with support for band 40, which is used by some LTE networks in India. Additional connectivity features include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, Micro-USB, and an FM radio.

The rear camera is accompanied by a 0.3-megapixel secondary sensor, which is highly likely used for depth sensing or basic image enhancement.
