The iTel S18 is the successor to the iTel S17, which was released in October of the previous year. This model supports 4G connectivity and runs on Android 12 (Go Edition). The device features a 6.6-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and includes a waterdrop notch housing the front camera.
Under the hood, the iTel S18 is equipped with the UNISOC SC9863A chipset. This processor has an octa-core CPU clocked at up to 1.6 GHz and integrates a PowerVR GE8322 GPU. The phone comes with 2 GB of primary RAM and an additional 2 GB of virtual RAM through memory fusion technology. Internal storage is set at 64 GB, expandable via microSD card.
The rear camera setup consists of three sensors: an 8-megapixel main camera accompanied by two auxiliary sensors. Dual LED flash is positioned on the back to assist in low-light photography. The front-facing camera, located in the notch, is an 8-megapixel sensor.
The design of the rear panel has been updated compared to the S17, particularly around the camera module area. A fingerprint scanner is integrated on the back for biometric security. The device supports dual Nano-SIM cards and includes standard sensors such as an accelerometer and proximity sensor.
