The Lenovo A8 succeeds the Lenovo A7 2020 adn shares its name with an earlier Lenovo model. It features a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 720 x 1560 pixels. The screen includes a dewdrop notch that accommodates the front-facing camera.
The device is powered by the MediaTek helio P22 (MT6762) octa-core processor, clocked at 2.0 GHz. Graphics are handled by the PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage,which can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card.The Lenovo A8 runs on Android 10 out of the box.
On the rear, the phone has a triple-camera setup consisting of a 13-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The front camera is a single 5-megapixel sensor located within the notch.
The Lenovo A8 includes a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner for biometric security. Connectivity options include Micro USB 2.0. the device is equipped with a 5000mAh battery. It supports dual 4G SIM cards and has a dedicated triple card slot that accommodates two SIM cards and one microSD card simultaneously. The phone is available in black and blue color variants.
