Teh Motorola Moto G60s is a variant within the G60 series, sharing a similar exterior design with the standard G60 model. It features a 6.8-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080 x 2460 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen includes a centrally positioned waterdrop notch that houses the front-facing camera.

Internally,the device is equipped with a MediaTek Helio G95 chipset. This system-on-chip integrates an octa-core CPU composed of two Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.05 GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores running at 2.0 GHz. Graphics processing is handled by the Mali-G76 MC4 GPU. The Moto G60s comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD card.

The rear camera setup consists of four sensors: a 64-megapixel primary lens, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, a 5-megapixel macro lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.The rear cameras are accompanied by a single LED flash.
