The Nokia C12 is the successor to the Nokia C10 and marks Nokia’s first smartphone release in 2023. It features a 6.3-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and a dewdrop notch at the top center. The screen has an aspect ratio of 20:9, providing a compact form factor.
The device is powered by the UniSoC SC9863A1 chipset,which includes an octa-core CPU clocked at 1.6 GHz. Graphics processing is handled by the PowerVR GE8322 GPU. The phone comes with 2GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, expandable via a microSD card slot.
On the rear, the Nokia C12 has an 8-megapixel camera sensor paired with a single LED flash. The front-facing camera is a 5-megapixel sensor. Both cameras support video recording at 720p resolution. The phone supports dual 4G SIM cards but does not include a fingerprint sensor. Rather, it offers Face Unlock functionality.
Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The device runs on Android 12 (Go Edition) out of the box. It is equipped with a 4000mAh battery, which supports standard charging through a micro USB port. Sensors on the phone include an accelerometer and proximity sensor.
