The OnePlus 6 features a 6.28-inch Optic AMOLED display with a resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels and an 19:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, paired with either 6GB or 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM. Storage options include 64GB,128GB,or 256GB of UFS 2.1 internal memory, without support for expandable storage via microSD.
The device runs on OxygenOS based on Android 8.1 Oreo, with updates available to later Android versions. It is equipped with a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 16MP primary sensor with an f/1.7 aperture and a 20MP secondary sensor with an f/1.7 aperture, both featuring phase detection autofocus (PDAF) and optical image stabilization (OIS). the front camera is a 16MP sensor with an f/2.0 aperture.
The OnePlus 6 includes a 3,300mAh non-removable battery, supporting Dash Charge fast charging technology via a USB Type-C port. Connectivity options include dual SIM support, 4G LTE, wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, and GPS with GLONASS and BeiDou. Sensors integrated into the device are an accelerometer,gyroscope,proximity sensor,compass,and ambient light sensor. The phone also features a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and supports face unlock functionality.
The chassis is constructed from aluminum with Gorilla Glass 5 on both front and back. Dimensions measure 155.7 x 75.4 x 7.75 mm, and the device weighs 177 grams. the OnePlus 6 does not have an official IP rating for water or dust resistance.
