Oppo A5 (2020)
OPPO released the A5 (2020) model with updated hardware compared to its predecessor. The device features a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and a waterdrop notch at the top center of the screen.
The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor, an octa-core CPU clocked at up to 2.0 GHz. Graphics are handled by the Adreno 610 GPU. The device is available with either 3 GB or 4 GB of RAM and comes with 64 GB of internal storage. Storage can be expanded up to 256 GB via a microSD card slot.
The rear camera setup consists of four sensors: a 12-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and two 2-megapixel sensors for macro and depth sensing. The front-facing camera is an 8-megapixel sensor that supports AI portrait mode, face beautification, and facial recognition for unlocking.
Security features include a fingerprint scanner located on the back panel. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.0 and dual Nano-SIM support with 4G LTE on both slots. The device is powered by a 5000 mAh battery and runs Android 9.0 Pie with ColorOS 6.1 as the user interface.
