The Realme C12 is a compact version of the Realme C15, wich was released earlier in july.It features a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and a waterdrop notch at the top center of the screen. The display panel and size are identical to the C15 model.
Under the hood, the device is powered by the MediaTek Helio G35 octa-core processor, clocked at 2.3 GHz, paired with a Mali-G52 GPU. The Realme C12 is equipped with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which is a reduction compared to the C15’s higher memory options. Storage can be expanded via a microSD card slot.
The rear camera setup consists of three sensors: a 13-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The front-facing camera housed in the notch is a single 5-megapixel sensor. The rear cameras are accompanied by an LED flash.
For security, the Realme C12 includes a physical fingerprint scanner located on the back panel. It supports dual Nano-SIM cards with 4G LTE connectivity on both slots. The device runs on Android 10 out of the box.
The battery capacity is 6000mAh, supporting 10W charging through a standard charger. The phone includes standard sensors such as an accelerometer, proximity sensor, and ambient light sensor. The overall design and hardware specifications position the Realme C12 as an entry-level smartphone with a focus on battery life and basic performance.
