The Samsung Galaxy A23 succeeds the Galaxy A22 and shares design elements with the Galaxy A13 4G,differing primarily in its processor. It features a 6.6-inch PLS LCD display with a resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels and a V-shaped notch. The screen supports a 90Hz refresh rate.
The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 4G chipset, which includes an octa-core CPU with four Kryo 265 Gold cores clocked at 2.4 GHz and four kryo 265 Silver cores at 1.9 GHz. Graphics are handled by the Adreno 610 GPU. The phone is available with 4GB or 6GB of RAM and offers internal storage options of 64GB or 128GB, expandable via microSD card.
The rear camera setup consists of a 50-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) and an f/1.8 aperture, a 5-megapixel ultrawide lens, a 2-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The front-facing camera is an 8-megapixel sensor designed for selfies. The rear camera module includes a single LED flash.
The Galaxy A23 runs on Android 12 with Samsung’s One UI 4.1 interface. It is equipped with a 5000mAh battery supporting 25W fast charging. Security features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The phone is available in Peach, White, Black, and Blue color variants.
Additional specifications include standard connectivity options such as 4G LTE,Wi-Fi,Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. Sensors on the device include an accelerometer, proximity sensor, and compass.
