The Samsung Galaxy A40 is a smaller variant of the Galaxy A30, featuring a 5.9-inch Full HD+ display with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. The screen includes a U-shaped notch at the top center, which houses the front-facing camera. This compact design contrasts with the larger 6.4-inch display found on the Galaxy A30.
Under the hood, the Galaxy A40 is equipped with the Exynos 7904 chipset, built on a 14nm process. This octa-core processor runs at a maximum clock speed of 1.8 GHz and is paired with the Mali-G71 MP2 GPU. The device includes 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via a microSD card.
