The Samsung Galaxy M31 succeeds the Samsung Galaxy M30, which was released in 2019. The device features a 6,000mAh battery, one of its primary specifications. The phone has a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. The screen includes minimal bezels and a waterdrop notch at the top center.The rear camera setup consists of four sensors. The main camera is a 64-megapixel sensor with an f/1.8 aperture. It is accompanied by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor with a 123-degree field of view, a 5-megapixel depth sensor, and a 5-megapixel macro lens. The front-facing camera is a 32-megapixel sensor located within the notch.
The Galaxy M31 is powered by the Samsung Exynos 9611 chipset, which includes an octa-core CPU with four Cortex-A73 cores clocked at 2.3 GHz and four Cortex-A53 cores at 1.7 GHz. the GPU is a Mali-G72 MP3. The device comes with 6GB of RAM and offers internal storage options of 64GB or 128GB, expandable via a microSD card slot.
The battery supports 15W fast charging and charges through a USB Type-C port. The phone supports dual nano-SIM cards and includes a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometric security.
