The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 5G succeeds the Galaxy Z Flip 5G with updated hardware and software. It features a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X foldable display with a 120Hz refresh rate, maintaining the same screen size as its predecessor but improving display technology.
The device has enhanced durability, including an IPX8 water resistance rating. The rear glass uses Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, and the frame is constructed from Armor aluminum, which increases scratch resistance and structural strength. The phone is powered by the Qualcomm snapdragon 888 5G processor, paired with 8GB of RAM. Storage options include 128GB and 256GB variants.
Camera capabilities consist of a dual rear setup: a 12-megapixel primary sensor with Dual Pixel PDAF, optical image stabilization (OIS), and an f/1.8 aperture, alongside a 12-megapixel ultrawide lens with a 123-degree field of view. The front-facing camera is a 10-megapixel sensor. Both front and rear cameras support 4K video recording.
Audio output is provided by dual stereo speakers. The Galaxy Z Flip3 5G is equipped with a 3300mAh battery, supporting 15W wired charging, 10W wireless charging, and 4.5W reverse wireless charging. Security features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The device runs on Android 11 out of the box.
