Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 succeeds the Galaxy Z Flip4, introducing several hardware updates.It is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, replacing the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 found in the previous model. The device runs on Android 13 with Samsung’s One UI 5.1.1 interface. Screen protection has been upgraded to Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.

The phone offers two configurations: 8GB of RAM paired with either 256GB or 512GB of internal storage, both utilizing UFS 4.0 technology. The main display measures 6.7 inches with a foldable Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel, maintaining the same size and resolution as the Flip4. The cover display has increased in size from 1.9 inches on the Flip4 to 3.4 inches on the Flip5, providing more functionality when the device is folded.Battery capacity remains at 3,700mAh, supporting 25W fast charging and 10W wireless charging. The camera system includes a dual rear setup with a 12MP wide sensor and a 12MP ultra-wide sensor, consistent with the previous generation.the front-facing camera is a 10MP sensor housed within the main display.Additional features include an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor embedded in the power button, stereo speakers, 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and USB Type-C 3.2. The device supports IPX8 water resistance but does not have official dust resistance. the Galaxy Z Flip5 refines the hardware and software experience while retaining core specifications from its predecessor.
