The TCL 406 succeeds the TCL 405, maintaining much of the same design and hardware.Both models feature a 6.6-inch display with similar resolution and panel ⁢type. The processor remains the MediaTek Helio G25, an entry-level octa-core chipset⁢ designed for basic smartphone tasks.

The TCL 406 runs on ⁤Android 13,an update from⁣ the previous version⁢ found on the TCL 405. The ‌front camera has​ been upgraded to an 8-megapixel​ sensor, replacing the earlier lower-resolution unit. ⁤Additionally, the device now includes a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometric security.

Memory and storage are fixed at 3GB of ​RAM and 32GB of internal storage, ⁤with no alternative configurations ⁢available. Power is supplied by a 5000mAh battery, supporting extended‌ usage without frequent recharging. The phone’s connectivity options include standard Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 4G LTE support.
