Tecno Camon 18
The Tecno Camon 18, released in October 2021, succeeds the Camon 17 in Tecno’s Camon series. It features a 6.8-inch IPS LCD display with a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2460 pixels and a 90Hz refresh rate. The screen includes a centrally positioned punch-hole for the front camera.
The device is equipped with a triple rear camera setup. The primary sensor is a 48-megapixel lens with an f/1.8 aperture and phase detection autofocus (PDAF).It is accompanied by two 2-megapixel sensors dedicated to depth sensing and macro photography. On the front,the Camon 18 has a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
Performance is driven by the MediaTek Helio G88 chipset,an octa-core processor with a maximum clock speed of 2.0 GHz. Graphics are handled by the Mali-G52 GPU. The phone includes 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD card.The Camon 18 incorporates a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometric security. It is indeed powered by a 5000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. The device runs on HiOS 8.0, wich is based on Android 11.
Available color options for the Camon 18 include Dusk Gray, Ceramic White, and Iris Purple. The phone also features standard connectivity options and sensors such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, accelerometer, proximity sensor, and compass.
