The Tecno POP 5 LTE (BD4) serves as an upgraded version of the standard POP 5 and succeeds the POP 4 LTE. It features a 6.52-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. The screen includes a dewdrop notch at the top center for the front camera. The rear camera module design resembles that of the Tecno Camon 18 series.

The device is powered by the UniSoC SC9863A processor, an octa-core CPU clocked at 1.6 GHz, paired with a PowerVR GE8322 GPU. It comes with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. Storage can be expanded via a microSD card slot.
