The Tecno POP 5S is a variant of the POP5 series designed for the North American market. It supports 4G LTE connectivity and shares a similar design wiht the iTel A26 smartphone. The device features a 5.7-inch TFT display with a resolution of 720 x 1520 pixels. The screen includes a dewdrop notch housing the front camera.
Inside, the Tecno POP 5S is powered by a quad-core UNISOC SC9832E processor clocked at 1.4 GHz, paired with a Mali T820 GPU. It comes with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. The phone supports dual Nano-SIM cards and includes a dedicated slot for microSD cards to expand storage.
The rear camera setup consists of a dual sensor configuration: a 5-megapixel primary sensor and a 0.08-megapixel secondary sensor,accompanied by a single LED flash. The front-facing camera is a 2-megapixel sensor located within the notch.
The device does not include a fingerprint sensor but supports facial recognition and standard Android security options. It is powered by a 3020 mAh battery. The Tecno POP 5S runs on Android 10 (Go Edition) out of the box. Available color options include Light Purple and Deep Blue.
