Tecno has introduced the Spark Go, a budget-oriented smartphone running Android 9.0 (Pie). The device features a 6.1-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1560 pixels. the screen includes a U-shaped notch at the top center, housing a single LED flash above the display, a design element similar to the Tecno Phantom 9.
The Spark Go is equipped with a MediaTek Helio A22 SoC, which includes a 2.0 GHz quad-core CPU and a PowerVR GE8320 GPU. The device comes with either 1GB or 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. Storage can be expanded up to 128GB via a dedicated microSD card slot. The phone supports dual SIM functionality with dual 4G VoLTE connectivity.
In terms of cameras, the rear setup consists of a single 8-megapixel sensor paired with a dual LED flash. The front-facing camera is a 5-megapixel sensor,also accompanied by a single LED flash for low-light selfies.The device is powered by a 3200mAh non-removable battery.
Additional features include standard sensors such as an accelerometer and proximity sensor. The phone runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) without any mention of custom UI overlays.
