Infinix is preparing to release the Hot 60 Pro+, a direct successor to last year’s Hot 50 Pro+. While the previous model measured 6.8mm in thickness, the upcoming device is reportedly even slimmer, coming in at just 5.95mm.

This information was shared by Ice Universe, who also posted hands-on images of the phone. The Hot 60 Pro+ appears to already be in production and is positioned to become the thinnest curved screen smartphone currently on the market.

For context, Samsung has already released the Galaxy S25 Edge with a 5.8mm profile, and Apple is rumored to be working on an even thinner iPhone 17 Air at 5.5mm. Infinix is clearly aiming to stay competitive in this category, even though the Hot series targets a different price segment.

The images also confirm a triple rear camera setup, with lenses that slightly protrude from the back panel—nothing out of the ordinary for devices in this range.

A side-by-side shot with a regular iPhone shows just how slim the Hot 60 Pro+ really is, though it’s worth noting the two phones are in very different price categories.

What we are waiting to see is how the reduced thickness will affect other aspects like battery capacity and thermal performance. As the trend toward thinner phones continues, user preference will likely determine whether this design direction gains long-term traction or not.
