The Vivo Y21s, released in September 2021, is a mid-range smartphone in Vivo’s Y-series. It features a 6.51-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution (720 x 1600 pixels) and a waterdrop notch that houses the front camera. The device is powered by the MediaTek Helio G80 processor, an octa-core chipset with two Cortex-A75 cores clocked at 2.0 GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores at 1.8 GHz, paired with a mali-G52 MC2 GPU. It comes with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 512GB via a microSD card.The rear camera setup includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture, supported by two 2-megapixel auxiliary sensors for macro photography and depth sensing. The front-facing camera is an 8-megapixel sensor located within the notch. The device runs on Android 11 with Vivo’s FunTouch OS 11.1 skin layered on top.
