Unlike the Y21s, which uses the MediaTek Helio G80, the Y21T is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 4G chipset. This processor features an octa-core CPU with four Kryo 265 Gold cores clocked at 2.4 GHz and four Kryo 265 silver cores at 1.9 GHz, paired with the Adreno 610 GPU.
The device comes with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. Its display measures 6.51 inches diagonally, using an IPS LCD panel with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. The screen includes a small notch at the top center for the front camera.
In terms of cameras, the Vivo Y21T has a triple rear camera setup. The main sensor is 50 megapixels with an f/1.8 aperture. It is accompanied by two 2-megapixel sensors dedicated to macro photography and depth sensing. The front-facing camera housed in the notch has an 8-megapixel sensor.
The phone runs on Android 11 with Vivo’s FunTouch OS 12 overlay. Power is supplied by a 5000 mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. Additional features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and dual SIM support with 4G connectivity on both slots.
the Vivo Y21T combines mid-range hardware specifications with a focus on battery capacity and camera versatility.
